Help Charmaine keep her nursing dream alive
Fundraiser created few hours ago
Charmaine Tadiwanashe Mbavarira is the organizer of this fundraiser.
My name is Charmaine Mbavarira and I am an international student in the United States working toward my dream of becoming a nurse. Nursing has always been more than a career to me—it’s a calling. I want to be able to care for people, support families in their hardest moments, and give back to the community that has given me hope.
Right now, I am facing a major financial challenge that is putting my education at risk. I have no sponsor and no financial support system. As an international student, I am not allowed to work off-campus yet, and finding a legal on-campus job has been extremely difficult.
My parents want to help, but they are struggling financially, and it breaks my heart to see them worried while I’m so far from home.
I am raising $5,500 to cover:
This amount will secure my enrollment for the semester while I continue searching for a job that I am legally allowed to do as a student. Once I’m able to work, I plan to support myself fully—but right now, I simply need help to stay in school.
I’ve worked so hard to get this far, and I don’t want financial hardship to force me to give up the dream I’ve sacrificed so much for. Your help, whether big or small, would change my life. It would bring me one step closer to becoming the nurse I’ve always wanted to be—someone who brings comfort, care, and healing to others.
Thank you so much for reading, sharing, or donating. Your kindness means more than words can express.
