I am proud to be Iraq’s first ever international dressage rider, and I am now working to become the country’s first Olympic equestrian. This journey is bigger than me — it’s about giving Iraq representation in a sport where we have never been seen before and inspiring future riders to follow.
I train 7 days a week, often multiple times a day, fully committed to performing at the highest level. But qualifying for the Olympics in equestrian sport comes with extremely high costs. Competing internationally means flying horses, transporting them safely around the world, paying for stabling, coaching, training, and the many logistical expenses that come with elite-level competition.
That’s why I’m fundraising.
Your support will directly help cover the training and international competition costs that are essential for me to pursue this historic opportunity. Every contribution makes a real difference. Together, we can bring Iraq onto the Olympic dressage stage for the very first time — and make history.
